Lawyer (Contracts & Compliance)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and review various contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Provide legal advice on compliance matters and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop compliance programs to mitigate legal risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on contract-related issues and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
- Assist in training staff on compliance matters and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Higher education degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Mongolia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and compliance law.
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Mongolian and English languages
Position
- Based in Ulaanbaatar
- 5*2 days work schedule, (4 days at office, 1-day remote work)
