Badrakh Energy LLC, is inviting highly skilled and competent individuals for following position:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project leadership, including scheduling, meeting organization, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation (letters, contracts, decisions, official memos, government approvals, technical documents, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal departments, project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper document flow and follow-up
- Prepare and support documentation required for regulatory submissions, permits, and inspections in coordination with government agencies
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with administrative procedures and company policies
- Translate documents and provide interpretation if needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles
- Experience in international projects or industrial sectors (mining, energy, construction) is preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in English is required
Position
- Based in Ulaanbaatar (with frequent travels to site area)
- 5*2 days work schedule, (4 days at office, 1-day remote work)
