Communication Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing Company’s sustainable presence on social media, creating and publishing posts supporting
    Company’s messaging in line with the communications strategy
  • Maintain and follow the performance of Company’s social media accounts (ex-Facebook, YouTube) and
    perform necessary adjustments, report on their progress (number of followers, engagement rate…)
  • Identify new channels and opportunities available to drive brand messaging, reach target audiences and
    promote image of the Company in social media
  • Support and promote the successful practices and achievements of the Company as well as strategic plans
    outside and inside of the Company
  • Support internal communication tools of employees (employee groups/channels, media groups) by
    moderating and animating
  • Coordinate/maintain, properly and systematically store photo/video media library of the Company
    Qualifications and Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Mongolian and English languages
  • Excellent computer literacy

Position

  • Based in Ulaanbaatar
  • 5*2 days work schedule, (4 days office, 1 day remote work)
