Orano and its subsidiary Badrakh Energy are going to organize a Supplier Collaboration Day event in September 10th in Ulaanbaatar City, Mongolia. The purpose of the event is to Boost and promote collaboration between Orano / Badrakh Energy for mutual success by providing stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of the project. During the event, subjects such as project implementation approach, procurement process, compliance, quality, export control, competition rules, handling confidential information will be addressed and communicated. It aims to build trust, promote fair participation, and lay the foundation of successful and accountable partnership and project execution. We would like to invited the related companies to participate in order to deepen the mutual understanding and develop potential opportunities to work together in the future.

Company profession may be related (but not limited) to nuclear, radiation, engineering, equipment, professional services, transportation, chemical goods, drilling
Maximum 2 persons from each company will be allowed to participate in
Event will be conducted in English or French with translation into Mongolian

Badrakh energy is planning to organize a public event with internal and external stakeholders in September 2025 in Ulaanbaatar City, Mongolia.

For this purpose, we seek a company that helps us facilitate the event.

Basic scope of service:

Plan, design, organize and execute the event with involvement of Badrakh Energy
Venue and atmosphere design and set up
Hosting and moderating the event bilingually (English and Mongolian)
Event material design and production (including but not limited to banners, posters, walls, brochures, invitation letters)
Simultaneous translation

Qualification of supplier:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry
Ability and experience of managing the same event with more than 200 participants
Ability of providing simultaneous translation
Company registered in Mongolia

Badrakh Energy LLC is implementing the Zuuvch Ovoo uranium mining project in Dornogobi Province, Mongolia. For this purpose, we are seeking a qualified company to carry out Quarry Investigation services in line with the attached Scope of Work (SoW).

Scope of Work (summary):

Investigate suitable locations of borrow material, stone, and sand quarries
Estimate available quantities of aggregate and sand at identified sites
Provide coordinates, borehole information, and geological section drawings for each site
Conduct all required laboratory tests in certified laboratories (soil, rock, aggregate testing as per standards)
Prepare a final investigation report including results, permits, and compliance documentation
Ensure necessary permits/licenses are obtained in accordance with Mongolian law and standards

Customer Requirements:

Contractor to take full responsibility for quarry investigation, permitting, and laboratory testing
Contractor to include all related costs (state and local authority fees) in the quotation
Contractor to deliver final report with complete data and laboratory test results

Qualification of Supplier:

Experience in similar geological and quarry investigations
Licensed in Mongolia for exploration and use of common minerals
Demonstrated capacity to conduct certified laboratory testing

Zuuvch-Ovoo Uranium Mining Project located in Ulaanbadrakh soum, Dornogovi province.
Within the framework of this project, we are seeking a qualified and experienced company to

Basic scope of work:

Engineering, supply, installation, and commissioning of heat pumps for heating, cooling, and process applications
Supply of compressors, evaporators, condensers, expansion valves, control panels, and associated auxiliaries
Integration with process systems, HVAC, and building services systems
Compliance with ASME, ISO, IEC, and Mongolian industrial and safety regulations
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning support
Provision of spare parts, operation manuals, and training for Client’s personnel

Qualification of Supplier:

Basic scope of work:

Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems (medium and low voltage distribution, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, etc.)
Supply and installation of cabling, cable trays, earthing and lightning protection systems
Supply, installation, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, analyzers, SCADA/DCS integration, and process automation
Installation of lighting systems, emergency power, and UPS systems
Functional testing, loop checking, calibration, and pre-commissioning activities

Supply and commissioning of Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) for process equipment, including integration with control and automation systems
Functional testing, protection and interlock verification, and pre-commissioning activities
Compliance with IEC and NFPA standards, as well as Mongolian regulations for electrical safety and distribution
Provision of spare parts, operation manuals, and after-sales support services

Qualification of Supplier:

Basic scope of work:

Engineering, design, supply, installation, and commissioning of modular substations (medium and low voltage)
Supply and installation of associated equipment, including switchgear, transformers, protection relays, and control systems
Integration of substations with existing electrical systems, including SCADA/DCS interfaces
Compliance with international standards and Mongolian regulations for power distribution and safety

Basic scope of work:

Supply and installation of structural supports, platforms, access ladders, and handrails

Badrakh Energy LLC is implementing the Zuuvch-Ovoo Uranium Mining Project located in Ulaanbadrakh soum, Dornogovi province. Within the framework of this project, we are seeking a qualified and experienced company to design, supply, and commission a Cooling Water System.

Basic scope of work:

Engineering, design, supply, installation, and commissioning of cooling water systems for process and utility applications
Supply of cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, piping, valves, instrumentation, and auxiliaries
Closed-loop and open-loop cooling systems with water treatment provisions to prevent scaling and corrosion
Integration with process plant, hydronics, and HVAC systems
Compliance with ISO, ASME, IEC, and Mongolian mechanical, electrical, and safety regulations
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning support
