ENVIRONMENTAL WATER SPECIALIST
The Environmental Water Specialist is responsible for implementing and monitoring preventive and mitigation measures to reduce environmental impacts from company operations, ensuring the effective execution of environmental activities at all operational stages, while supervising and supporting contractors and subcontractors.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and implement water monitoring programs and plans
- Process water analysis results, prepare reports, and submit them to relevant authorities
- Maintain records of water usage, prepare reports, and monitor compliance with water-related contracts
- Develop and ensure implementation of environmental water monitoring guidelines and regulations
- Supervise and advise the company’s environmental team as well as contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct water monitoring activities involving local community participation and collaborate accordingly
- Establish and maintain cooperation with governmental and local authorities
- Monitor the implementation of environmental projects and programs, prepare reports
- Review and consolidate analysis results, comparative summaries, project plans, conclusions, and research reports
- Ensure full compliance with Mongolian laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Register near misses, report industrial hazards, and cooperate with safety staff
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology, Water Engineering, or Water Resources
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field
- Proficient in water quality analysis methods and basic laboratory techniques
- Knowledgeable of legal regulations and standards
- Ability to develop training plans and provide instruction on water-related topics
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English or French is an advantage
- Proficient in professional software applications
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)

GEOLOGIST
During the exploration and development of ore deposits, a geologist performs work on collecting and interpreting geological data in accordance with the operating and quality control procedures developed by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of geological technical orders, core descriptions, sampling plans, data qualification, geological logging, and interpretation of downhole probing data within Well CAD
- Ensure the quality of geological data for import into AcQuire
- Prepare geological cross-sections and resource interpretations on maps (blocks) and cross-sections
- Report drilling quality and issues to the Chief Geologist
- Complete tasks or corrective actions as needed to resolve any HSE issues
- Coordinate and organize handovers with colleagues efficiently
- Perform other geological, drilling supervision, and safety/environmental protection duties as assigned by the Chief Geologist
- Strictly adhere to safety and environmental procedures, standards, and rules, and ensure their application by geological helpers and contractors
- Regularly participate in contractor/company meetings and safety discussions
- Report all incidents, near misses, and hazards according to established procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mining or exploration geology
- Experience in core description, geological logging, and data interpretation
- Strong knowledge of sedimentary basin geology, core logging, and geophysical logging interpretation
- Familiarity with Uranium metallogeny and exploration techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in geological software, including Well CAD and AcQuire
- Ability to create geological cross-sections, resource maps, and interpret data
- Knowledge of drilling supervision and geological techniques
- Proficiency in English language
- Valid driver’s license

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide daily health and safety instructions to geophysical team members
- Conduct diagraphic logging measurements, prepare related documentation, and organize measurement activities
- Perform DGPS measurements and processing
- Process, review, and verify geophysical data, ensuring adherence to QA/QC standards
- Monitor materials and equipment, implement maintenance plans, and proactively manage repairs or replacements
- Manage inventory by ordering necessary materials and spare parts to maintain operational readiness
- Supervise the performance of geophysicists and loggers, providing guidance and timely feedback
- Follow all laws, regulations, and internal procedures as per the employment contract
- Identify training and development needs and submit proposals to the Chief Geologist
- Identify hazards, accidents, and near misses; work with labor safety personnel to mitigate risks

- Conduct hydrochemical sampling and basic analysis, keep records of physical and chemical properties, and prepare samples for laboratory testing
- Monitor piezometric wells and maintain logs of hydrodynamic properties
- Conducting hydrochemical assay analysis, maintaining a logging for physical and chemical properties and preparing samples for laboratory analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Regularly update schedules to reflect actual progress and forecast completion dates
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Analysis (EVA)
- Review and monitor Level 3 schedules provided by contractors
- Implement cost-loaded schedules for task-level tracking
- Monitor project performance using Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI)
- Identify schedule variances, slippage, and propose corrective actions to management
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, as well as schedule forecasts
- Develop and maintain a project progress tracking dashboard using Power BI
- Create and manage a global resource plan to support planning and scheduling activities
- Collaborate with Risk Manager and Project Manager to manage time allowances and buffers
- Conduct Monte Carlo risk analysis to support schedule risk management

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scheduler on major projects
- University degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Mining, or Hydrometallurgy).
- Completion of the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
- Technical background in industrial construction is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in establishing effective control and reporting processes
