• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in complex industrial or infrastructure projects
• At least 5 years in a senior engineering or leadership role within an EPC or EPCM project delivery model
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process flow diagrams
• Proven experience in construction, commissioning, and operational readiness
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with Mongolian permitting and compliance processes (preferred)

• Be responsible for pegging the drill-hole collar using GPS according to procedures.
• Ensure the environmental baseline and closure of each drill site according to company procedures.
• Collect samples according to the sampling plan and package them in accordance with procedures.
• Coordinate and organize efficient handovers with colleagues (day-night shifts).
• Inform the Chief Geologist and team promptly of any drilling issues (e.g., low core recovery rate, deviation from operating procedures).
• Report logistics or human resource issues that may impact activities.
• Follow the safety and environmental procedures, ensuring compliance by geologist helpers and contractors.
