This is a key role responsible for overseeing the design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning of large-scale industrial infrastructure projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering, procurement, permitting, construction, and commissioning activities
- Supervise contractors, ensuring adherence to technical standards, budget, quality, and schedule
- Proactively address scheduling risks and implement recovery plans
- Monitor and validate design inputs to ensure operational efficiency and long-term asset performance
- Support the development of technical specifications for equipment, packages, and services
- Ensure construction meets international safety and quality standards
- Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture through leadership and example
- Organize commissioning activities and ensure smooth handover to operations, including training and documentation
- Maintain proper project documentation and reporting, aligned with stakeholder expectations
- Establish and maintain strong communication and collaborative relationships with shareholders
- Ensure all site activities comply with Mongolian laws and internal company policies, especially regarding safety and environmental protection
- Coordinate cross-functional support with other departments
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in complex industrial or infrastructure projects
- At least 5 years in a senior engineering or leadership role within an EPC or EPCM project delivery model
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process flow diagrams
- Proven experience in construction, commissioning, and operational readiness
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with Mongolian permitting and compliance processes (preferred)
- Fluency in Mongolian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working in multicultural, international project environments

TAX ACCOUNTANT
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file all tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.) in full compliance with local laws and regulations
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation on annual basis, submit the reports
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business
- Perform accurate booking and reconciliation of all tax-related entries in the accounting systems
- Ensure accurate tax balances are reflected in the financial statements.
- Act as the main point of contact for tax auditors and external tax consultants
- Prepare documentation and respond to inquiries during internal and external audits, including tax inspections

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting

- Recognized professional certification such as CPTA, MonCPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and accounting principles
- High level of communication skills and professionalism in working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP is highly appreciated

- Distribute Technical Documentation to engineers by discipline in a timely manner for review
- Send collected comments to contractors on time for implementation
- Manage and control the review process using document management system
- Timely filling and update (as far as a new Technical Documentation is available) of the Technical Documentation List for tracking the Project status and weekly distribution in accordance with the Distribution List.
- Track and record documentation versions to monitor project status effectively
- The incumbent shall be bound to execute other assignments as required by the management

Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations regarding the safety and protection of the vehicle and traffic
- Keep the vehicle clean at all times, administer the repair and service on time and ensure the safety
- Administer the scheduled repairs according to the instructions of the vehicle producer and the daily inspection in the morning
- Immediately inform the repair mechanic if there is a large or small damage that may affect the safety of activities or if there is such risk
- Perform tasks assigned by the camp manager and assist in repair works if necessary
- Perform other relevant duties as and when requested

- Valid B and D class driver’s license
- At least 3 years of professional driving experience

Key Responsibilities:

GEOLOGIST TECHNICIAN
During the exploration of ore deposits, the Geologist Technician assists the Geologists in overseeing all activities on the drill site and acquiring drilling data in accordance with the company’s operating and quality control procedures. The technician guarantees the quality of information and ensures that data reporting and storage are completed according to company procedures and regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from the Chief Geologist, Senior Geologist, and Geologists.
- Be responsible for pegging the drill-hole collar using GPS according to procedures.
- Ensure the environmental baseline and closure of each drill site according to company procedures.
- Collect samples according to the sampling plan and package them in accordance with procedures.
- Coordinate and organize efficient handovers with colleagues (day-night shifts).
- Inform the Chief Geologist and team promptly of any drilling issues (e.g., low core recovery rate, deviation from operating procedures).
- Report logistics or human resource issues that may impact activities.
- Follow the safety and environmental procedures, ensuring compliance by geologist helpers and contractors.
- Manage HSE hazards and risks appropriately.
- Participate in contractor/company safety and working meetings.
- Report all incidents, near misses, and hazards according to established procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
- Secondary technical education background.
