Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update HSE policies and procedures for drilling operations
- Conduct daily safety inspections at site and drilling
- Organize safety briefings, training sessions, and pre-shift meetings; actively participate in planned meetings and discussions
- Ensure workers’ personal protective equipment (PPE) complies with safety standards
- Enforce compliance with drilling safety laws, regulations, and standards
- Support the development and implementation of preventive measures to avoid accidents and safety breaches
- Communicate with internal and external regulatory authorities in coordination with the line manager
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation plans
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of safety-related technical equipment
- Coordinate and work closely with drilling contractors

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical field, or relevant profession
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Safety Officer in drilling, mining, or construction
- Specialized vocational training in labor or drilling safety
- Knowledge of HSE standards, rules, and procedures, with the ability to train and instruct the workforce
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop preventive measures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Intermediate level of English

SAFETY TRAINER
The purpose of this position is to ensure effective implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs by planning, delivering, and monitoring compliance in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and company policies, thereby contributing to a safe and risk-free working environment at workplaces, mines, and project site.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide training, information, and awareness on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at workplaces, mines, and project sites; organize and deliver training sessions; monitor compliance; develop knowledge and skills; and promote accident and risk prevention
- Organize HSE training in compliance with the Mongolian law on HSE and the MNS:4969:2000 standard, and implement basic HSE regulations at the organizational level
- Implement HSE training policies, plans, and programs
- Conduct induction, refresher, and specialized HSE training sessions for all employees working at mines and project sites
- Prepare and update training manuals and presentations in accordance with HSE laws and Orano Group standards (MNS, ISO, OHSAS/ISO 45001, etc.)
- Deliver practical training and lessons reflecting real workplace risks
- Evaluate training effectiveness and assess knowledge levels through pre- and post-training tests
- Conduct post-incident training sessions (in case of accidents)
- Collaborate with external training organizations to deliver required training
- Prepare and distribute HSE-related materials such as information sheets, posters, and videos
- Prepare training facilities and materials, ensuring compliance with standards
- Provide HSE induction training for new and contract employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE within the mining or construction sector
- Previous experience as a trainer is an advantage
- Knowledge of HSE laws, rules, regulations, and international standards (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001)
- Knowledge of HSE standards, rules, and procedures, with the ability to train and instruct the workforce
- Ability to deliver training in mining environments, with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to perform workplace risk assessments
- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of political, regulatory, economic, social, environmental, and technological trends relevant to the company’s operations
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to effectively promote strategies within the company and externally.
- Demonstrated experience working with communities, local and national government bodies, NGOs, and other external stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of ESG-related reporting standards and relevant industry requirements (experience with mining sector standards is an advantage).

GEOLOGIST
During the exploration and development of ore deposits, a geologist performs work on collecting and interpreting geological data in accordance with the operating and quality control procedures developed by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of geological technical orders, core descriptions, sampling plans, data qualification, geological logging, and interpretation of downhole probing data within Well CAD
- Ensure the quality of geological data for import into AcQuire
- Prepare geological cross-sections and resource interpretations on maps (blocks) and cross-sections
- Report drilling quality and issues to the Chief Geologist
- Complete tasks or corrective actions as needed to resolve any HSE issues
- Coordinate and organize handovers with colleagues efficiently
- Perform other geological, drilling supervision, and safety/environmental protection duties as assigned by the Chief Geologist
- Strictly adhere to safety and environmental procedures, standards, and rules, and ensure their application by geological helpers and contractors
- Regularly participate in contractor/company meetings and safety discussions
- Report all incidents, near misses, and hazards according to established procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mining or exploration geology
- Experience in core description, geological logging, and data interpretation
- Strong knowledge of sedimentary basin geology, core logging, and geophysical logging interpretation
- Familiarity with Uranium metallogeny and exploration techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in geological software, including Well CAD and AcQuire
- Ability to create geological cross-sections, resource maps, and interpret data
- Knowledge of drilling supervision and geological techniques
- Proficiency in English language
