Duties and Responsibilities
- Support HR administration activities, including preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, amendments, orders, confirmations, and other HR documents
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, contract changes, and separations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files in both electronic and hard-copy formats
- Enter, update, and maintain employee data in systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Collect and consolidate attendance, leave, overtime, and rotation data and support payroll preparation
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including job postings, database management, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain HR trackers, databases, and basic HR reports (headcount, leave balances, contract and permit tracking)
- Assist with training and onboarding administration, including coordination, documentation, and record keeping

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, office administration, or recruitment support
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and Mongolian labor law is an advantage
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and manage fieldwork or logging activities

- Maintain and repair equipment; diagnose issues when repairs cannot be done on-site

Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement HSE policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols required for accident prevention and risk mitigation in construction activities
- Regularly conduct risk assessments throughout all phases of construction and develop measures to mitigate risks
- Pay special attention to high-risk activities (e.g., working at heights, operation of heavy machinery)
- Implement and enforce regulations and procedures in compliance with international and national HSE standards (e.g., ISO 45001)
- Support improvement of safety policies based on analysis of accident and incident statistics
- Analyze HSE performance, report to line management, and maintain archives of safety-related documentation
- Monitor construction site activities, prepare reports, and cooperate with subcontractors
- Prepare and deliver occupational safety and health training materials and presentations, especially related to construction operations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards related to construction activities

Qualifications and Experience
- Higher education in hygiene, engineering, or other relevant technical fields
- Higher education with special vocational training in labor safety

- At least 2 years of experience as a safety supervisor in mining and/or construction projects
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, rules, and procedures, with the ability to train and instruct the workforce
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, repair, and replace electrical systems, diesel generators, transformers, and power distribution equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, fault finding, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation of generators and electrical networks.
- Assist in maintenance and repair of 15 kV high-voltage lines, substations, switches, grounding systems, and related equipment (if certified).
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic equipment, including pumps, sensors, instruments, and basic PLC-controlled systems.
- Ensure proper operation of instrumentation and automation systems monitoring production parameters.
- Record maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and electricity consumption; prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Contacting Zuun-Bayan and Sainshand power dispatcher offices for matters related to line use, maintenance, power consumption plan, and other related matters.
- Support camp operations, maintain workplace safety and cleanliness, and provide technical assistance during emergencies.
- Cooperate with operators, supervisors, and other departments in accordance with safety rules, company policies, and Mongolian regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or technical/vocational education in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Professional certificate (HV is an advantage).
- Experience with diesel generators, electrical distribution systems, and testing instruments.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Valid B category driving license and basic knowledge of MS Office.

- Oversee camp property inventory, stock levels, asset usage, and restocking

- Track and record documentation versions to monitor project status effectively
- The incumbent shall be bound to execute other assignments as required by the management
Qualifications and Experience
