The role is responsible for supervising and coordinating all electrical works on site to ensure contractor companies
are executing their construction work safely, on schedule, and in compliance with design drawings, technical
specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily electrical installation work performed by contractors and coordinate interactions among other construction teams on site.
- Ensure compliance with approved technical specifications, methods, and design documentation.
- Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and report delays or risks to the discipline superintendent. Support weekly look-ahead planning for electrical works.
- Resolve engineering, equipment, workforce, and material issues promptly.
- Prepare work scope, progress reports, and work methodology documents.
- Verify availability and correct use of construction materials, equipment, and manpower. Inspect delivered materials for compliance with approved submittals and specifications.
- Introduce and apply measures to enhance the productivity of both workers and machinery on the construction site.
- Define appropriate requirements for contractors and subcontractors.
- Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with all applicable construction laws, codes, and standards during construction and installation.
- Comply with Orano Group and Badrakh Energy HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections before, during, and after work.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with MS Office software.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the chemical laboratory team, providing support for sample collection, handling, and communication of results.

- Perform minor maintenance work as directed, including pipe installation, line piping, equipment replacement, and trench work.

- Manage and supervise plant personnel, including task allocation, shift planning, performance monitoring, and competency development
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for mud plant operations, safety, quality control, and emergency response
- Coordinate with drilling supervisors, mud engineers, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of drilling fluids

- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using forklifts, telescopic handlers, pallet jacks, or manual handling
- Issue materials according to approved requests and hand over to end users
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels, including minimum/maximum quantities, replenishment systems, and FIFO practices
- Organize warehouse layout, shelves, racks, and storage areas for efficient space utilization
- Ensure safe storage practices, including segregation, temperature control, and stock rotation
- Conduct inventory reconciliation, physical stock counts, and adjust records as necessary
