The Logistics Specialist manages customs clearance, warehouse operations, and transportation of import and export cargo, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant material flow from suppliers to mine sites.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
- Prepare and review shipping documents, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork
- Ensure compliance with national and international regulations, Incoterms, and dangerous goods transportation rules
- Receive, inspect, and report discrepancies in incoming goods; maintain accurate inventory records
- Manage warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and staging of materials; ensure cleanliness and proper organization
- Arrange cost-efficient freight transportation and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and provide updates to stakeholders
- Support procurement and logistics teams by advising on documentation, customs clearance, and global trade regulations
- Develop and monitor procedures for freight transportation, lashing, and storage

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Valid driver’s license B and M; forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS, WMS, ERP)
- Expertise in transportation management, route optimization, and supply chain principles
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

TECHNICIAN GEOLOGIST
During the exploration of ore deposits, the Technician Geologist assists the Geologists in overseeing all activities on the drill site and acquiring drilling data in accordance with the company’s operating and quality control procedures. The technician guarantees the quality of information and ensures that data reporting and storage are completed according to company procedures and regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from the Chief Geologist, Senior Geologist, and Geologists
- Be responsible for pegging the drill-hole collar using GPS according to procedures
- Ensure the environmental baseline and closure of each drill site in accordance with company procedures
- Collect samples according to the sampling plan and package them in compliance with procedures
- Coordinate and organize efficient handovers with colleagues during day and night shifts
- Inform the Chief Geologist and team promptly of any drilling issues (e.g., low core recovery rate, deviation from operating procedures)
- Report logistics or human resource issues that may impact site activities
- Follow safety and environmental procedures and ensure compliance by geologist helpers and contractors
- Identify and manage HSE hazards and risks appropriately
- Participate in contractor and company safety and working meetings
- Report all incidents, near misses, and hazards according to established procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- Secondary technical education background
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in mining or exploration geology
- Experience working in field conditions and with drilling operations
- Proficient in GPS operation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Valid driver’s license

The Hydrogeology Technician provides practical support for all hydrogeological activities at the site, under the guidance of the Hydrogeologist.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Control and monitor hydrogeological well completion work
- Prepare and connect equipment for test-filtration, oversee its operation, and maintain records of underground water hydrodynamic properties
- Conduct hydrochemical sampling and basic analysis, maintain records of physical and chemical properties, and prepare samples for laboratory testing
- Monitor piezometric wells and maintain logs of hydrodynamic properties
- Conduct hydrochemical assay analysis, maintain logs of physical and chemical properties, and prepare samples for laboratory analysis
- Follow all Mongolian laws, company policies, and internal procedures
- Register near-miss incidents, report industrial hazards, and cooperate with safety staff
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or Mining
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience working on site, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Intermediate level of English

Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files in both electronic and hard-copy formats

ELECTRICIAN
The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical and electronic systems at the production facilities, as well as providing technical support to the camps.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, repair, and replace electrical systems, diesel generators, transformers, and power distribution equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, fault finding, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation of generators and electrical networks.
- Assist in maintenance and repair of 15 kV high-voltage lines, substations, switches, grounding systems, and related equipment (if certified).
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic equipment, including pumps, sensors, instruments, and basic PLC-controlled systems.
- Ensure proper operation of instrumentation and automation systems monitoring production parameters.
- Record maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and electricity consumption; prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Contacting Zuun-Bayan and Sainshand power dispatcher offices for matters related to line use, maintenance, power consumption plan, and other related matters.
- Support camp operations, maintain workplace safety and cleanliness, and provide technical assistance during emergencies.
- Cooperate with operators, supervisors, and other departments in accordance with safety rules, company policies, and Mongolian regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or technical/vocational education in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Professional certificate (HV is an advantage).
- Experience with diesel generators, electrical distribution systems, and testing instruments.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Valid B category driving license and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of technical English.
