Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all activities related to the Temporary and Permanent Base Camps
  • Obtain all necessary permits and approvals from relevant state institutions
  • Prepare technical documents, reports, purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), and administrative authorizations
  • Oversee the implementation of structural and architectural design solutions on-site and provide technical advice as needed

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily mechanical and piping installation by contractors and coordinate with other on-site construction teams.
  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved technical specifications, methods, and design documentation.
  • Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and report delays or risks to the discipline superintendent. Support short-term and 3 weeks look-ahead planning for electrical works.
  • Effectively address engineering, equipment, workforce, and material issues that arise during construction, and promptly notify the relevant authorities.
  • Prepare additional documentation within the scope of assigned responsibilities, including work scope, progress reports, and work methodologies.
  • Verify availability and correct use of construction materials, equipment, and manpower. Inspect delivered materials for compliance with approved submittals and specifications.

  • Continuously monitor, analyze and interpret changes and updates in national and international standards, regulations, and requirements related to social responsibility, sustainability, ESG, and non-financial reporting.
  • Assess the Company’s readiness for upcoming reporting regulations such as CSRD, CMSI, and other emerging frameworks; identify associated risks and opportunities; and develop actions, plans, and recommendations for management consideration.
  • Responsible for the annual preparation, management approval, and public disclosure of the Company’s integrated Social Responsibility Report aligned with ICMM, TSM, and GRI standards.
  • Prepare reports and information in accordance with group-level reporting policies.
  • Be responsible for ESG data management and updates.
  • Identify reporting gaps and coordinate data updates and improvement actions to ensure continuous enhancement of reporting quality and compliance.
