The Hydrogeology Technician provides practical support for all hydrogeological activities at the site, under the guidance of the Hydrogeologist.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Control and monitor hydrogeological well completion work
- Prepare and connect equipment for test-filtration, oversee its operation, and maintain records of underground water hydrodynamic properties
- Conduct hydrochemical sampling and basic analysis, keep records of physical and chemical properties, and prepare samples for laboratory testing
- Monitor piezometric wells and maintain logs of hydrodynamic properties
- Conducting hydrochemical assay analysis, maintaining a logging for physical and chemical properties and preparing samples for laboratory analysis.
- Follow all Mongolian laws, company policies, and internal procedures
- Register near misses, report industrial hazards, and cooperate with safety staff
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or Mining
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience working on site, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Upper-intermediate level of English is preferred
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing execution of hydrogeological well completion, supervise and control performance and organization of hydrogeological well completion
- Organize and conduct airlifting operations; identify and oversee required equipment
- Plan and perform infiltration testing, select pumping equipment, and process data onsite
- Conduct and supervise hydro chemical sampling and laboratory sample preparation
- Organize and manage monitoring studies at piezometers
- Ensure full compliance with Mongolian laws, company policies, and internal procedures.

COST CONTROLLER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain project cost control systems, cost codes, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor project budgets and actual costs across all work packages and disciplines.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets (analyze variances and forecast cost performance)
- Prepare and submit cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor services.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess project performance, validate estimates, monitor progress, and control changes.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle and recommend contingency budgets
- Support Project Schedule with time-phased cost estimates and cash flow projectionsProvide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements by analyzing market data and trends.
- Support procurement planning and change order assessments.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in project cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis, preferably in mining construction projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

SCHEDULER
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Regularly update schedules to reflect actual progress and forecast completion dates
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Analysis (EVA)
- Review and monitor Level 3 schedules provided by contractors
- Implement cost-loaded schedules for task-level tracking
- Monitor project performance using Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI)
- Identify schedule variances, slippage, and propose corrective actions to management
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, as well as schedule forecasts
- Develop and maintain a project progress tracking dashboard using Power BI
- Create and manage a global resource plan to support planning and scheduling activities
- Collaborate with Risk Manager and Project Manager to manage time allowances and buffers
- Conduct Monte Carlo risk analysis to support schedule risk management
- Coordinate with project managers, cost control teams, engineers, and subcontractors to gather data for schedule updates and analysis
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scheduler on major projects
- University degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Mining, or Hydrometallurgy).
- Completion of the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
- Technical background in industrial construction is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in establishing effective control and reporting processes
- Experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering, procurement, permitting, construction, and commissioning activities
- Supervise contractors, ensuring adherence to technical standards, budget, quality, and schedule
- Proactively address scheduling risks and implement recovery plans
- Monitor and validate design inputs to ensure operational efficiency and long-term asset performance
- Support the development of technical specifications for equipment, packages, and services
- Ensure construction meets international safety and quality standards
- Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture through leadership and example
- Organize commissioning activities and ensure smooth handover to operations, including training and documentation

- Act as the main point of contact for tax auditors and external tax consultants
- Prepare documentation and respond to inquiries during internal and external audits, including tax inspections

Qualifications and Experience

- Recognized professional certification such as CPTA, MonCPA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws and accounting principles
- High level of communication skills and professionalism in working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP is highly appreciated

- Ensure revisions of Technical Documentation from contractors match the transmittal sheet and technical documentation list
- Check the completeness of both hard and electronic copies, including responses to comments in approved formats
- Distribute Technical Documentation to engineers by discipline in a timely manner for review
- Send collected comments to contractors on time for implementation
- Manage and control the review process using document management system
- Timely filling and update (as far as a new Technical Documentation is available) of the Technical Documentation List for tracking the Project status and weekly distribution in accordance with the Distribution List.
- Track and record documentation versions to monitor project status effectively
- The incumbent shall be bound to execute other assignments as required by the management
Qualifications and Experience
