• Ensure the environmental baseline and closure of each drill site in accordance with company procedures
• Collect samples according to the sampling plan and package them in compliance with procedures
• Coordinate and organize efficient handovers with colleagues during day and night shifts
• Inform the Chief Geologist and team promptly of any drilling issues (e.g., low core recovery rate, deviation from operating procedures)
• Report logistics or human resource issues that may impact site activities
• Follow safety and environmental procedures and ensure compliance by geologist helpers and contractors
• Identify and manage HSE hazards and risks appropriately
