Engineering Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compliance with Requirements and Standards of Orano, requirements of the Rules for industrial safety, Safety requirements, Requirements to ensure quality work of the facility designed.
- Consideration of the Technical documentation regarding mistakes and other discrepancies.
- Timely filling and update (as far as a new Technical Documentation is available according to disciplines) of the Technical Documentation List for tracking the Project status and weekly distribution in accordance with the Distribution List.
- Reliability of information given in comments, the Technical Documentation List, Terms of reference, Scope of work.
- Optimization of technical solutions under the Detailed Design.
- Process of agreement of technical solutions and crossings of engineering systems with process pipelines, pits, openings, etc. with the different engineers
- Process of agreement of technical solutions relating to Instrumentation Equipment and Automated Industrial Control Systems, electricity, cold, heat, water, etc. needed for the camp
- Development of the Terms of reference according to the technical discipline hereof.
- Development of the Scope of work according to the technical discipline hereof.
- Checking compliance of the Terms of Reference, Comments, Scopes of Work.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position.
- Knowledge of Mongolian and English languages.
- Master international standards: IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, ISO.
- Experience in commissioning engineering would be a plus.
- Master Mongolian standard is a plus.
- Knowledge in thermic simulation software, hydraulic calculation, pumps sizing.
- Master degree in engineering.
- Have previous demonstrated experience in similar position in an international recognized engineering company.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Strong communication skills with all categories of stakeholders in the project.
- Data organization skills.
Position
- Based in Ulaanbaatar (with frequent trips to site)
- 5*2 days work schedule, (4 days at office, 1-day remote work)
